BACL People

Bacl InfoThe BACL is open to all who share its objectives and values. The BACL has three different type of membership for individuals over the age of 18 and Recognised Conservative Organisations. Joins us and make the changes that you want happen. As a Member, you’ll play a more active role. You will receive our Newsletter (electronic copy), which will explain the issues our community faces in politics, share in our successes and receive opportunities that exist in local and central government. You will also have a chance to make your views known and influence BACL policy.

Any person living in the United Kingdom is eligible to join the BACL. There is no upper age limit on membership, although children under the age of 18 cannot be enrolled as full voting members.

It is easy to become a member, just download the membership from and return it back with your membership fee.

Ordinary Members

£30 a year if you’re already a paid up member of the Conservative Party.

It is however necessary for the member to belong to the Conservative Party. The Conservative Party membership £25.00 per annum. The BACL will assist you in with this and you will get to vote for the Party Leader and help choose elect your local candidates.

Additional family members will get a 20% discount.

Life Members

Life member pay a one off fee of £550.00

Honorary and Patrons Members

Honorary and Patron members are not required to pay any membership fees.

All members are required to agree, in the manner prescribed by the Board and to be bound by the BACL Constitution. Members agree to work to sustain, promote the objectives and values of the BACL.
